Portlandia will leave Netflix in full in the United States in June 2021 after the last removal of scare in September 2019 when this series will expire.
Located in Portland, Oregan, a comedy sketch show from Fred Armisen, Carrie Brownstein and Jonathan Krisel is a favorite of fans with it originally aired between 2011 and 2018 at IFC.
It was August two years ago when we last saw the date of removal appearing to the Portlandia Netflix page which stated that the show would end on September 24. Five seasons were removed before adding back a day later.
Now, the date of removal is once again displayed with all Portland’s collection consisting of 77 episodes in eight seasons displayed to end on June 11 with the last full day to watch 10 June 2021.
Since the last performances it will be deleted, this series has been fully arrived at AMC +, streaming services run by the IFC parent company and that’s where we suspect the show will remain exclusively if Netflix actually loses this license for Portland.
The IFC series has slowly departed the United States for the past few years because the contract expires as it has recently shown the actual removal of Comedy Bang! Bang! Who also had fear of removal before finally departing last August.
Documentary now! Stay on Netflix as well as a number of other IFC series.
June 2021 was also set to see the elimination of other high profile series in the form of Hannibal which went a little earlier in the month compared to Portland. Save our June 2021 deletion list marked for the news of removal and when we got it.
